How to Use This Planner

Setting a clear income goal and breaking it down into daily/weekly order targets is one of the most effective ways to grow your freelance business. Rather than hoping orders come in, you work backwards from your desired income.

For example, if you want to earn ₨150,000 per month on Fiverr with average $50 gigs: you need approximately 14–15 completed orders per month, or about 3–4 orders per week. This makes your goal concrete and achievable.

How to Use the Monthly Income Goal Planner

This planner turns a monthly rupee target into a practical freelance workload. Instead of saying "I want to earn more", you can see how many orders, gigs, or client projects are needed after platform fees and currency conversion. It is useful for setting Fiverr gig targets, Upwork proposal goals, and direct-client monthly plans.

Set a realistic PKR target

Enter the amount you want to bring home this month. Include household expenses, savings, tax provision, and business costs if you want a serious target.

Select your platform

Choose Fiverr, Upwork, or direct client so the calculator can reduce your average order value by the expected platform fee.

Add average order price

Use your normal gig price or average project value. If your work varies a lot, calculate once for low-ticket work and once for premium projects.

Break it into weekly action

The result shows monthly, weekly, and daily targets so you can plan outreach, proposals, portfolio updates, and delivery capacity.

Goal TypeBest InputWhat the Result Tells You
Fiverr sellerAverage gig package priceHow many completed orders are needed after Fiverr fee.
Upwork freelancerAverage fixed project or hourly billingHow much proposal volume or client work is needed.
Direct clientsAverage retainer or project invoiceHow many clients or retainers can cover your monthly target.
Agency ownerAverage project revenueHow much gross revenue is required before team and tool costs.

Example Planning Scenario

If your target is PKR 150,000 and your average Fiverr order is $50, the calculator shows the number of orders required after the 20% fee. From there, you can plan how many briefs, revisions, and delivery slots your calendar can actually handle.

Human-Friendly Targeting

If the daily order count looks stressful, do not just work longer hours. Increase your average order value, improve packages, build repeat clients, or move some work to direct retainers.

Monthly Freelance Goal Checklist

  • Set one income target and one minimum survival target.
  • Track gross USD, platform fee, final PKR, and delivery hours.
  • Review which service gives the best rupees per hour, not only the highest order count.
  • Keep buffer days for revisions, client delays, illness, and payment clearance.
